Kay County in northern Oklahoma... Northern Noble County in northern Oklahoma... * Until 800 AM CDT. * At 459 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in some areas. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ponca City, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Newkirk, Billings, Kaw City, Red Rock, Marland, Kildare, Sooner Lake, western Kaw Lake, Ceres and Peckham. Additional rainfall of one to three inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
