Southeastern Muskogee County in east central Oklahoma... * Until 630 AM CDT * At 323 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a band of thunderstorms. This will cause minor small stream flooding in the advisory area. Mesonet observations suggest that rainfall rates between 1 and 2 inches an hour are falling within this band of storms. * Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sallisaw... Stigler...
