• Pryor baseball wins state title, Broken Arrow falls short

    • The Pryor baseball team beat Carl Albert 11-0 in the Class 5A championship game at ONEOK Field in Tulsa Saturday. It was the Tigers' 18th straight win and earned them their first ever state title.
    • Broken Arrow lost to Edmond Santa Fe 5-4 in the Class 6A championship game at ONEOK Field in Tulsa Saturday. The Tigers led the Wolves 4-2 in the fifth inning, but Ryan Lowery knocked in three runs in the bottom of the inning to give Edmond Santa Fe the lead for good. It's the Wolves' first state title.
