The Sooners are in the top four of the College Football Playoff rankings for the first time this season but just barely.

OU is number four in the new rankings released Tuesday night. Alabama is number one, Clemson is two, and Miami is three. So if the season ended now, OU would take on Alabama in the playoff semifinals and Clemson would play Miami.

Oklahoma State moved up two spots after beating Iowa State over the weekend. The Cowboys are now number 13.
