• Dawson James' interception return for TD sparks Barryhill to 28-0 win over Cascia Hall

    Berryhill safety Dawson James has an incredible knack for coming up with turnovers, especially for a sophomore.

    James has picked off a pass in six consecutive games. On Friday night, his ninth interception of the season was his first pick-6, and that helped spark the third-ranked Chiefs to a 28-0 victory over No. 4 Cascia Hall in a District 3A-4 showdown at Berryhill Stadium.

    “He has great instincts, he just gets it and we have some really good guys up front putting a lot of pressure on quarterbacks, making them throw the ball before they want,” Berryhill coach Pat Harper said.
