COWETA, Okla. - When opponents face Class 4A No. 5 Catoosa, they know they must stop what Indians’ head coach Aaron Meier calls his team’s “ground and pound” offensive attack.

For the third straight week, Catoosa ran at will, this time with quarterback Daniel Queen’s 347 yards highlighting a 529-yard rushing performance as the Indians rolled to a 48-20 victory against Class 5A Coweta at Tiger Field.

Queen scored on dashes of 87 yards in the first half and 24 and 41 yards after halftime while running back Jose Ortiz added 141 yards and two touchdowns on the ground as the Indians (3-0) eclipsed the 40-point mark for the third time this season.
