    TULSA, Okla. - An arrest warrant was issued for a suspect in the stabbing of a woman outside a Tulsa Target last month.

    Officials said the incident happened around 10:30 a.m. on November 26 near 17th and Yale.

    Police are looking for Rachael Lorraine Sheppard on accusations of robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

    Police said the woman was loading bags into her car when the suspect tried to grab her purse and threatened to stab her.

    The victim held onto the bag and the suspect stabbed her in the arm with a knife.

    Target loss prevention officials sent surveillance footage to police for evidence.
