• Wagoner County Sheriff's deputies arrest two, looking for one after theft

    TULSA, Okla. - QUICK FACTS:

    • Wagoner County sheriff's deputies arrested Tavoyia Gomez and Thomas Alexander near 121st Street and 259th Avenue in Coweta Thursday morning after finding stolen items. The third suspect, Victor Perez, jumped out of the car and ran.
    • Deputies said they saw the suspects run a stop sign in a pickup truck pulling a black trailer with an ATV inside and stopped them.
    • After investigating, deputies found out the suspects had just taken the ATV from a home about 2 miles away from where they were stopped, according to officials. They also found a wallet that may belong to a robbery victim in Tulsa County in Alexander's pocket.
    • The owners of the ATV did not know the ATV had been taken.
    • Perez is charged with conspiracy to commit felony, driving a motor vehicle under suspended or revoked license and concealing a stolen vehicle.  Alexander is charged with Larceny of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit felony and knowingly receiving any property that was stolen. An arrest warrant is issued for Perez.

    Wagner County Sheriff officials said that this incident can be a reminder to secure all of your property as best as you can.

    Perez is charged with conspiracy to commit felony, driving a motor vehicle under suspended or revoked license and concealing a stolen vehicle. 

    Alexander is charged with Larceny of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit felony and knowingly receiving any property that was stolen.

    An arrest warrant has been issued for Perez.
