    TULSA, Okla. - Quick facts:

    • A vehicle reportedly hit two men in west Tulsa Sunday morning.
    • Officials at the scene say a Ford Explorer hit the men while they were putting gas in their truck near West 71st Street and Highway 75.
    • Police have 71st blocked off from Elwood to Olympia.
    • One person is dead and the other is in the hospital.
    • Officers say the driver was distracted by his phone, but they stayed at the scene after the incident.
    • An investigation is underway. Police have not said whether they will file charges.
