• Tulsa veteran who froze to death to be honored at memorial service

    • Tulsa police say a veteran named Zaki Holder froze to death on a downtown hotel patio over the weekend.
    • Tulsa Day Center employees said Holder was a frequent guest at the facility.
    • Another Tulsa veteran, Nate Mullins heard about Holder's death and decided to honor him. Mullins is asking other veterans to join him and a few friends to attend Holder's funeral service tomorrow at Merchant Church located at 605 S. Peoria Ave.. Service starts at 1 p.m.
    • Mullins told FOX23 that holder deserves proper respect before being laid to rest.
