    TULSA, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • Tulsa votes on changes to the city charter Tuesday
    • Proposition 6 pulls a lot of conversation
    • If passed, 6 would allow city employees to campaign in city elections
    • Those in favor say employees should be allowed to wear supportive t-shirts or put signs in their yard
