Tulsa police say missing witness to a shooting could be in danger

TULSA, Okla. — Quick Facts:

• Tulsa police think a witness to a shooting is missing and in danger
• Police said Courtney Palmer witnessed a shooting on Nov. 8
• They said he was interviewed the night of the shooting, but was on PCP and wasn't much help
• TPD wants to talk to him again, but he hasn't been heard from since Nov. 10
