• Police arrest teens in connection to deadly shooting at north Tusla apartment

    TULSA, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • Police are investigating a deadly shooting at a north Tulsa apartment complex on March 21.
    • Tulsa police told FOX23 a man was shot in the back at Edenwood Apartments near North Hartford Avenue and Virgin Street around 9 a.m.
    • Police say the man was taken to the hospital and died. He was later identified as 18-year-old Xzavion Chatman.
    • Officers arrested 17-year-old Marvin Penn and 14-year-old Amahd Frazier in connection to the shooting.
    • Chatman's mother told FOX23's Cailey Dougherty they plan to have a balloon release in response to his death in the coming weeks.
