    Tulsa police are investigating a report of an attempted kidnapping.

    Officials said a 10-year-old girl reported that two men possibly tried to kidnap her while she was walking her dog. It happened around 7 p.m. Wednesday on Toledo Ave. between 21st and 23rd.

    According to the police report, two men approached the girl from behind. One of them grabbed her arm and told her to “come here.” The girl reportedly kicked the man and her dog tried to bite them. They both ran away.

    Detailed descriptions are not available, but the suspects are believed to range in age from 25-30.
