    • Tulsa police arrested Chris Carter in connection to the death of Thomas Hurley at a local night club Friday.
    • Police are investigating the homicide after an altercation outside Midnight Rodeo in east Tulsa on October 6.
    • Tulsa police say 34-year-old Thomas Hurley was involved in a fight in which he was struck once by a punch and then hitting his head on the pavement.
    • Police say Hurley was taken to the hospital where he died on October 8.
    • FOX23 learned Hurley is from Utah and was in Tulsa for work training. His family heard from the hospital on Sunday and flew here to be with him.
    • A GoFundMe page has been setup for his family.
    • Hurley leaves behind his wife and three children.
    • Carter is facing first degree manslaughter charges.
