Marquita Boyle said she is being audited by the IRS after using tax services by Latunya Wright, KTRK reported.

Boyle went to Wright’s business, MZ BIZ Tax Services, on Thursday to go over some paperwork. She got there around 12:30 p.m. and saw Wright, 46, already arguing with other customers, The Washington Post reported.

Boyle took out her phone and started filming as Wright pulled and cocked a gun at a customer. Wright also blocked the front door while still holding the firearm, KTRK reported.

When Wright noticed Boyle recording the incident, she grabbed the phone, hit her in the head with the gun and tried to delete the video.

“She had deleted the video that I was recording,” Boyle said. “She had deleted the video, but I have an iPhone and it doesn’t automatically delete. It goes into a folder, so I recovered it.”

Wright was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and aggravated robbery, according to Harris County Sheriff’s Office said.

Wright previously was sentenced in 2012 to four years in prison for a multi-million dollar robbery from a company that services and sells ATM machines, KTRK reported.

Boyle, 36, was taken to a hospital where she was treated and released.

“My vision is blurry in my left eye. It’s still blurry. I have headaches. My anxiety is through the roof,” Boyle said.

She also still has to fix the issues with her taxes.
