Despite mixed reviews, Taylor Swift’s new album “Reputation” has set a record in the four days since its release.
Billboard reported that the singer’s first album in three years has sold 1.05 million copies in the U.S., making it the top-selling album of 2017.
Swift’s sixth studio album, released Friday, is her fourth to sell 1 million records in a week. Past records achieving the feat include “1989,” “Red” and “Speak Now.” She’s the only artists ever to have four million-selling weeks since Nielsen Music started tracking music sales electronically in 1991, according to Billboard.
