• Traffic stop turns up pawn shop receipts, fake cash and checks

    TULSA, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • Police arrested 42-year-old James Vaughn
    • Officers say he failed to use a turn signal; the traffic stop led to officers finding evidence of possible crimes
    • They say Vaugn had stolen pawn shop receipts that had customers' driver's license numbers on the back
    • He also allegedly had counterfeit bills and forged checks
    • He went to jail Tuesday on multiple complaints of possession of forged instruments, among others
