• Body of missing Tulsa fisherman found in river

    TULSA, Okla. - QUICK FACTS:

    • Tulsa Fire Department responded to a call about a water rescue near 36th Street and Elwood Avenue Saturday around midnight.
    • Officials say two fishermen were crossing river when water rose in the area and one went under water.
    • TFD found the man's body about a mile from where they found his tackle box. The victim did not have on a life jacket.
    • TFD told FOX23 a new boat and ATV given to the them to help with the Gathering Place helped with today's search.
    • The identity of the victim has not been released.
