BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Quick Facts:

A 28-year-old man and his two children are dead after a house fire Monday in Broken Arrow, according to officials.
The fire happened around 11:45 a.m. Monday at 518 West Elgin Street, just south of 71st and Elm. The three victims were the only people inside the home.
Firefighters told FOX23 combustible materials came in contact with a floor furnace that started the fire. The victims have been identified as 29-year-old Shannon Wagers, 3-year-old Kaylynn Wagers and 1-year-old Aris Wagers.
The Broken Arrow Police Chaplains Corps is accepting funds on behalf of the woman who lost her husband and two daughters in the fire. Those interested in donating can contact Chaplain Scott Keale via email at chaplain_man@yahoo.com.
Donations can also be brought to the Public Safety Complex at 1101 North 6th Street. Checks must be made out to the Broken Arrow Police Chaplains Corps.
