A Tulsa man is waking up behind bars, accused of shooting at a car lot employee who was repossessing his girlfriend’s vehicle.
Officers arrested Nicholas Gordineer Friday night.
They said Gordineer and his girlfriend saw the car being repossessed and jumped in another car to follow it.
Police said Gordineer fired at least three rounds at the vehicle.
He reportedly told officers he thought the car was being stolen.
Gordineer was arrested for shooting with intent to kill.
He is being held on $75,000 bond.
