Storms damage Cherokee County RV park, marina

CHEROKEE COUNTY, Okla. — Quick Facts:

A round of overnight storms left plenty of damage in Cherokee County.

Emergency management told FOX23 that an RV park in the county was hit heavy by storms.

At one point, high winds toppled an RV. One person from inside was injured. Medics hospitalized that person with minor injuries.

Flooding allegedly swept through Snake Creek Marina. Emergency management plans to survey the damage when the sun comes up.
