- The week is starting out on a warm & humid note
- Cooler temperatures move in with rain chances
The new week is starting on another warm and humid note. As temperatures climb back into the 90s over the next few days, heat index values will be back in the triple digits. If you're planning on spending time outside, make sure you are staying hydrated and taking care of yourself in this heat.
Temperatures will stay in the 90s for highs over the next few days, making things be about 10° above what is considered average for this time of year. It won't be until clouds and rain chances arrive that temperatures will start to be more seasonable.
By Thursday, there will be enough cloud coverage and showers rolling through, that temperatures will begin to cool down some. Through the weekend, rain chances will remain possible and highs will drop back into the 80s for a few days.
The weekend doesn't look like a complete washout right now, but keep an eye on the forecast for if you'll need to plan indoor activities.
