    Whether you like the cold temperatures or the warm, above average temperatures, this winter has had a mixture of both.

    2018 started with some drastically cold temperatures with morning lows in the single digits and wind chills well below zero.

    This week, temperatures are above average going into the weekend with afternoon highs in the 60s.

    Taking a look at daily highs below 40 degrees, Dec 2017 through Jan 23, Tulsa has seen 18 days. The last two years, only had 12.

    Taking a look at the mean temperature, it is coldest since 2014.
