- Northern winds will keep the humid weather at bay
- Showers and storms will return by mid-week then again for the weekend
- Most of the week will have temperatures below average
More rain is headed to Green Country - just what everyone wanted to hear. The good news is that not everyone will be seeing rain at the same time and there will be some breaks in the rain.
To kick off the week, some cooler and less humid conditions are going to make for a great day. A cold front from Sunday can be thanked for that. The less humid weather will make spending time outside (whether for fun or for clean-up) more bearable.
Similar conditions will be sticking around for Tuesday but by Wednesday, things start to change out.
Rain chances will return on Wednesday with some rumbles of thunder possible. At no point will it be a washout, but there may be times that you'll have to migrate inside.
The dry weather makes a return for Thursday before you'll need the umbrellas again.
Starting Friday, rain chances return to the area with the chance for some rumbles of thunder. Once this round of rain arrives, the chances will be sticking around for several days and into the next week.
The chance of any of these storms turning severe is low at this point, but the FOX23 Severe Weather Team will be keeping a close eye on it.
