- Another cold front arrives dropping temperatures for the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019
- Highs in the 30s will be likely for a couple of days
- Snow flurries are possible for the middle part of the week
- Warmer weather arrives for the end of the week and the weekend
As the year wraps up and a new year begins, Green Country is going to be dealing with some COLD weather.
The rain chances that are starting the week will clear out as a cold front moves through leading to a dry, but chilly night for any New Year's Eve celebrations.
Once the cold air arrives, temperatures will be back down in the 20s for Tuesday morning with highs only in the 30s. Winds will be strong enough that at times it will feel more like the teens and even dipping down to the 10-degree mark for that wind chill.
Similar conditions will stick around for Wednesday but as the evening inches closer, there will be another chance for some precipitation.
The precip has the possibility to be winter-like. Some snow flurries will be possible Wednesday night into Thursday morning but it is too early to tell where and how much will fall.
By the end of the week and the weekend, temperatures will be back up in the 40s and 50s with a decent amount of sunshine to enjoy!
