- Temperatures remain cool for the first part of the week
- Rain chances roll back in by mid-week
- Summertime heat and humidity crank up fro the weekend
The cooler temperatures we’ve been spoiled with the last few days are going to stick around a little bit longer. Rather than afternoon highs being in the 90s for the first part of August, we are going to be able to enjoy some 80s for a few days before the heat comes back.
With these cooler temperatures through midweek, Eastern Oklahoma will be averaging about 10-degrees below what is considered normal for this part of August.
By midweek, things start to change up.
Not only do temperatures start to climb back up, but showers and storms chances return to the area as well.
At this point, it does not look like there will be any severe weather, but you’ll want to make sure you have your umbrella and rain boots handy.
