• Sand Springs police find missing teen safe

    SAND SPRINGS, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • Sand Springs police said Tuesday were searching for a missing teenager.
    • 14-year-old Ocean Nicole Shelter allegedly ran from her mother's house last Wednesday.
    • Authorities said she was found safe at a friend's house Tuesday night.
    • Shelton is described as a white girl, around 5'6" and 100 pounds.
    • She was last seen around 8 p.m. that night when she ran again from her father, who was out looking for her. Some friends saw her again on Monday near Ray Brown Park.
    • Anyone who has seen Shelton or know where she was asked to call 918-245-8777.
