• RV fire causes backup on Muskogee Turnpike near Broken Arrow

    BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • RV fire caused a back up in the eastbound lanes of the Muskogee Turnpike near Broken Arrow 
    • Broken Arrow firefighters and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol are on the scene 
    • Traffic is down to one lane in the area
    • OHP said a man was driving his RV when another driver flagged him down about smoke coming from the back
    • The man tried to put it out with his fire extinguisher but could not get it under control 
    • Cause of the fire is unknown
    • No injuries
