    TULSA, Okla. - One man is dead after a shooting at a west Tulsa apartment complex Wednesday night.

    Tulsa police responded to Brightwater Apartments near 21st Street and Southwest Boulevard around 9 p.m. after a man was shot while getting out of his car.

    Police say paramedics rushed the man -- 28-year-old Ryan Johnson --  to the hospital where he died overnight.

    Police say Johnson and Travonta Ashley got into an altercation over a woman and Ashley shot him in the back with a shotgun.

    Officers arrested Ashley who is facing charges for first-degree murder.
