Police investigate shooting in east Tulsa, collect more than a dozen bullet casings

  • TPD says that witnesses called 911 after a vehicle was driving by and was hit with bullets.
  • Police say the car crashed nearby and the driver walked away with only scratches.
  • Police say no one was seriously injuried.
  • TPD collected about 15 shell casings at the scene.
