    OWASSO, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • An Owasso woman was arrested on animal cruelty charges after dozens of dead animals were found in a home in February.
    • Police said Debra Rimpley, 26, abandoned the home near 117th East Avenue and 86th Street North N. with nearly 30 animals inside. They died because there was no food or water.
    • Officials report finding 26 cats and 2 dogs.
