• Owasso man still fighting insurance claim year-plus after storm damaged his home

    OWASSO, Okla. - An Owasso tornado victim is warning other recent storm victims that they could end up in a legal battle to get all of their claims paid.

    More than a year and a half after a tornado came through the Stone Canyon community, he’s fighting with his insurance company over one of the claims.

    The man said the engineering report that the insurance company is relying on claims a tornado did not hit his home.
