OSBI identifies man killed in Delaware County officer-involved shooting

One man dead after officer-involved shooting in Delaware County
  • OSBI is investigating an officer-involved shooting in Delaware County Friday night.
  • Delaware County Sheriff's Office says they responded to a domestic violence call in Kansas, Okla.
  • Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the scene including the Kansas Police Department, West Siloam Springs Police Department, Cherokee Nation Marshall Service and Delaware County Sheriff's Office.
  • Officials came in contact with 40-year-old Clayton Andrews.
  • Sheriff Moore told FOX23 that Andrews was armed when they tried to arrest him.
  • During the attempt, shots were fired and Andrews was killed on the scene.
  • The name of the officers involved haven't been released yet.
