Tulsa police identify man killed in BA Expressway shootout

TULSA, Okla. — UPDATE (08/01; 6:04 p.m.) — Tulsa Police identified Terek Chairs as the victim in Tulsa’s 48th homicide. Chairs was killed early Sunday morning after a rolling gun fight between two cars on the BA Express near Memorial.


A person is dead and another is in the hospital after a shooting on the BA Expressway early Sunday, Tulsa police said.

Around 1 a.m. Tulsa police responded to a rolling gun fight between two cars on the BA Expressway near Memorial.

The 17-year-old driver of one of the cars was shot and killed.

Another passenger in that car was hit but survived their injuries.
