Oklahoma State Election Board released its annual report showing an increase in voter registration

TULSA, Okla. — The Oklahoma State Election Board released its annual report showing 2,218,374 Oklahomans are registered to vote in 2022 compared to 2,090,107 in 2020.

According to the report the Republican Party has the largest number of voters at 1,122,582 (50.6%) fallowed by the Democratic Party at 696,723 (32.4%), Independents (those with no party affiliation) at 381,088 (17.2%), and the Libertarian Party at 17,981 (less than 1%).

The report states that all parties saw an increase in voter registration except for the Democratic party which lost 41,533 registered voters over the two-year span.
