• Gas line break in Collinsville

    COLLINSVILLE, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • A gas line hit caused evacuations near 177th East Avenue and East 116th Street North in Collinsville on Thursday.
    • About seven or eight homes nearby were evacuated.
    • Construction work in the area hit the line and Limestone firefighters said the repairs could take a while.
    • Oklahoma Natural Gas responded to the scene and cleared everything.
    • Residents were later allowed to return to the neighborhood.
