MUSKOGEE, Okla. — Video footage of an officer's comments after police pepper sprayed an 84-year-old Muskogee woman are stirring up further controversy.
Video shows officers discussing whether or not they should have booted in the door of the woman's home when one officer reportedly says, "But I think we can spin it."
FOX23 reached out to both police officials and the mayor, who declined to comment on the matter until after an internal investigation is complete.
