    Some of Tulsa County's oldest unsolved murders are getting a second look thanks to TCSO's Cold Task Force. One of the most notable names to join the task force is world renowned forensic psychologist Dr. Richard Walters.

    Walter calls himself a "mechanic of murder".
    Walters developed a number of psychological classifications for violent crime, and is a co-founder of the Vidocq Society, an organization of forensic professionals dedicated to solving cold cases.
    As a psychologist for Michigan's prison system, Walters interviewed more than 22,000 convicted felons. 
    Walter gives lectures to police organizations around the world. He also trains investigators at Scotland Yard and has been featured on numerous television shows and documentaries.
