Multiple races from Oklahoma's June 26 primary election are headed for runoffs.
A runoff occurs when one candidate fails to get over 50 percent of the vote. Republicans Mick Cornett and Kevin Stitt will face-off for the Republican nomination for Governor of Oklahoma.
This is the first gubernatorial runoff for Republicans in Oklahoma since 1990. The Democrats have not had one since 2002.
Here is the list of races that ended with runoffs after the 2018 primary election:
Republican
- Governor: Mick Cornett and Kevin Stitt
- Lt. Governor: Dana Murphy and Matt Pinnell
- AG: Mike Hunter and Gentner Drummond
- Auditor: Cindy Byrd and Charlie Prater
- State Superintendent: Joy Hofmeister and Linda Murphey
- Labor Comm.: Cathy Costello and Leslie Osborn
- Corp. Comm.: Bob Anthony and Brian Bingman
- 1st Congressional District: Tim Harris and Kevin Hern
- Tulsa County DA: Steve Kunzweiler and Ben Fu
Democrat
- Corp. Comm: Ashley Nicole McCray and Blake Cummings
- 1st Congressional District: Tim Gilpin and Amanda Douglas
