- Tulsa police told FOX23 they arrested Rahmon Macon after he turned himself in after being the victim of the shooting.
- Police initially arrested Byron Daniels, Kendale Walker, and Demarco Johnson in connection with the shooting.
- Daniels, Walker and Johnson were all later arrested and charged with gang offenses and assault and battery.
- Macon was later charged and turned himself in for shooting with intent to kill, and felony possession of a gun.
- Officers are also charging Macon with obstruction after they say he lied about his identity in the hospital after the shootout.
