Multiple arrests made in north Tulsa shootout investigation

TULSA, Okla. — Quick Facts:

  • Police made a fourth arrest Thursday in a shooting investigation from September 2018.
  • Tulsa police told FOX23 they arrested Rahmon Macon after he turned himself in after being the victim of the shooting.
  • Police initially arrested Byron Daniels, Kendale Walker, and Demarco Johnson in connection with the shooting.
    • Daniels, Walker and Johnson were all later arrested and charged with gang offenses and assault and battery.
  • Macon was later charged and turned himself in for shooting with intent to kill, and felony possession of a gun.
  • Officers are also charging Macon with obstruction after they say he lied about his identity in the hospital after the shootout.
