• Mental health services feel sting losing quarter of budget

    • The Department of Mental Health announced $75 million in cuts starting Dec. 1

    • They lost an additional $106 million in federal matching funds
    • Starting Nov. 1, they must cut various services, including outpatient service payments

    • The cuts could impact around 189,000 Oklahomans and end jobs for 8,500 people
