• Man shot in south Tulsa in scuffle over cell phone

    TULSA, Okla. - Police say a man was shot at a south Tulsa apartment complex after a scuffle over a cell phone Wednesday.

    The man reportedly was at an apartment complex near 71st and Trenton when someone asked to use his phone. 

    He told police that the man using the phone shot him after he asked for it back and a scuffle ensued.

    The victim then went to an apartment complex near 61st and Peoria and someone contacted police.

    Police are unsure how bad the victim's injuries are, but he was transported to a hospital.
