ELDON, Okla. — The Cherokee Nation Marshal Service (CNMS) and FBI are investigating after a deadly shooting in Cherokee County.
The shooting was reported on Collins Road in South Cherokee County, according to a Cherokee Nation spokeswoman.
A suspect is in custody and a man died, a spokeswoman said.
Cherokee Nation Marshals are notifying family and not releasing further information at this time.
