• Man arrested after dangerous chase through Tulsa neighborhood

    TULSA, Okla. - QUICK FACTS:

    • Tulsa police arrested Daquan Conchitas after they said he led them on a dangerous chase through a neighborhood, crashed his car and then tried hiding from officers Tuesday night.
    • Police say they were patrolling near East Virgin Street and Quincey Avenue around 9 p.m. when a car sped by. Officers tried to pull the car over, but the driver sped through the neighborhood.
    • Conchitas crashed the car into a pole near Virgin Street and Madison Place, got out and ran into shrubs, according to police. When officers saw him, he got  up and ran again until the TPD helicopter found him.
    • Officers later found a gun sitting on the roof of the house he was hiding by.
    • Conchitas is in the Tulsa County Jail.
