She says her husband then took a propane tank from their outdoor grill, brought it inside, and threatened to blow up the apartment.

The victim says that is when she left the apartment and a call to police was made.

Tulsa firefighters arrived to take air quality measurements from outside the front door and police say they detected a high level of propane gas.

Officers called the apartment complex to have the nearby apartments evacuated.

Police were able to get Fox to come out of the apartment and he was arrested. Officers found two propane tanks, an air hose, and sprayer in the bedroom of the apartment.

All residents were allowed back into their apartments after crews cleared the scene.
