Wagoner County deputies searching for suspect after man shot in driveway

WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. — The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office is searching for suspect Cordareau Jackson after a shooting happened in Porter, Oklahoma.

Deputies say it happened in a driveway near East 211th Street South and South 461st East Avenue around 9 p.m. Monday night.

Deputies say when they arrived on scene, they found a male laying in the driveway.

As they approached the victim, deputies say he told them he’d been shot in the upper right part of his chest and right forearm. The victim has since been transported to a Tulsa hospital placed in a stabilized condition.

After further investigation, deputies say they identified the suspect as Cordareau N. Jackson of the Muskogee area. He’s believed to be traveling with a female who goes by the nickname, “Beck.” They believe he’s driving a blue, Hyandai SUV with damage to the rear passenger side quarter panel, with yellow streaks in the damaged area.

Deputies believe the suspect may be staying in the Tulsa or Broken Arrow area.
