Two charged in 2019 Beggs triple homicide

BEGGS, Okla. — The Okmulgee County District Attorney’s Office announced charges were filed Thursday in an unsolved triple homicide from 2019.

The DA’s office is charging Keegan Leah Kelley-Harros and Barry Roland Titus in the murder of 65-year-old Jack Chandler, his wife 69-year-old Evelyn and their daughter 43-year-old Tiffany Eichor.

Okmulgee County deputies found the three victims shot to death at a home in rural Beggs on Sept. 7, 2019.

Titus, a former boyfriend of Eichor, and Kelley-Harros, an Oklahoma City attorney, cut the power to the home in the middle of the night and broke in, according to investigators.

DNA evidence found at the home matched with Titus. and shell casings found at the home matched a rifle previously bought by Kelly-Harros, according to court documents.

Kelley-Harros and Titus are both charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree burglary.
