Tulsa make arrest in 2013 homicide case

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police announced an arrest made in connection with a 2013 cold case.

Police say James Dawson Bishop killed Tyler Gragg on Sept. 16, 2013 before evidence connected him to the case and found him in a Texas prison.

Bishop remains in prison Friday as he waits for a potential extradition trip to Oklahoma.

Police say new evidence shows Bishop and Christopher Teter -- who’s since died -- shot and killed Gragg during a robbery.
