TPS’s Indian Education Program to distribute supplies to students

TULSA, Okla. — The Indian Education Program at Tulsa Public Schools will distribute school supplies to Native American students enrolled in the district.

It’s TPS’s annual school supply giveaway. Parents can pickup supplies through a drive-thru service Wednesday, August 18 and Thursday, August 19. Each distribution is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Indian Education offices. That is located in the Grant Building on E. 42nd Place.

Supplies will include pencils, paper, pens, and markers. Families must bring their student’s tribal citizenship card for the supplies.
